The invention relates to the production of a portable palm and wrist rest for a computer, which may be used for both hands, which belongs to the sector of products designed to protect the user from the discomfort and consequences deriving from continuous use of a computer. It is composed of a securing band that has the special feature of supporting a pad of anatomical shape, which rapidly moulds to the palm of the hand and the wrist and has, as its function, the protection of the palm of the hand and the wrist from pain, swelling, discomfort and cumulative lesions that are all generated through continued use of a computer (mouse and keyboard). Lastly, the portable palm and wrist rest has a lightweight, functional and economical attractive appearance that does not present any inconvenience and may be used by all workers who interact with a machine or with a computer for an extended time period, where a keyboard and a mouse are the components concerned.
