PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the problem that a conventional adhesive type insect trap trapping insect in air has an adhesive insect trap area of approximately palm size and causes air resistant feeling and massive feeling when shaken and so cannot effectively adhere and trap insects flying, and that treatment of the trapped insects has wastefulness of disposing the adhesive sheet or the insect trap body, and a hygienic problem of insect accumulation on the adhesive surface. SOLUTION: The area of the adhesive sheet mounted on the insect trap surface is expanded and thinned to achieve an effective adhesive insect trap and innumerable fine holes are formed all over the surface to improve ventilation. By removing adhering insect each time with an insect-clipping tweezers in a grip of the adhesive insect trap, hygienic and economical use of the adhesive sheet is made possible.
