A system and a method for selling and buying a used car with a mobile terminal are provided to offer a customer an insurance/installment service quickly by enabling an agent of a used car dealing company to sell insurance/installment goods to the customers directly through the mobile terminal, and offer business profit according to insurance/installment goods sales to the agent. A mobile terminal(200) transceives information related to used car dealing through the network and includes business software(210) for processing dealing business. A dealing business server(300) transceives the information with the mobile terminal, and includes a software information part(310) representing version of the dealing business software operated in the mobile terminal, a downloader(320) downloading the dealing business software to the mobile terminal for version upgrade, an agent authenticator(330), a public notifier(340), an accident record manager(350), a register manager(360), a used card manager(370), a current price manager(380), and a transfer fee manager(390). The agent authenticator includes an agent authentication database(331) storing personal information of the agents. |
