PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform countermeasure against impact on a head device and disk device. SOLUTION: The head device 50 has a head subject section 51 in which either one or more of reading of a signal of a media, or writing, rewriting or erasing of the signal of the media is made executable, in which impact sections 1, 2 to mitigate the impact when the impact is applied to the head subject section 51 is disposed in the head subject section 51 and thereby the provision of the optical head device 50 subjected to the countermeasure against the impact is made possible. Also, the disk device 50 equipped with the head device 50 having the impact sections 1, 2, shaft members 61, 62 movably supporting the head device 50, and stopping members 7, 72 for limiting the movable range of the head device 50 is constituted and thereby the provision of the device 100 equipped with the optical head device 50 subjected to the countermeasure against the impact is made possible.
