The method involves transmitting company specific defined trigger information through a signalling channel from a transmitter to the terminal of a communication network. The information is transmitted for communicating a future point of time of emission of a data transfer plan, with which all possible terminals are ready-to-receive at right point of time. Related terminals are activated to be in ready-to-receive state in right time after providing the transmitted data transfer plan for carrying out data transmission. An independent claim is also included for a system for power-saving activation of the ready-to-receive state of wireless digital terminal of a communication network with a transmitter for data transmission.
