PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle exterior environmental sound reproduction device and a signal processing device capable of faithfully reproducing the environmental sound around a vehicle in a cabin. SOLUTION: The sound exterior environmental sound reproduction device comprises a first sound collection means which is installed on a vehicle to collect the environmental sound around the vehicle and convert it in a first electric signal, a second sound collection means which is installed in the vicinity of a part generating unnecessary sounds of the vehicle to collect the unnecessary sounds and convert them into a second electric signal, a signal processing means for inputting the first electric signal and the second electric signal and outputting a third electric signal indicating the sound with the unnecessary sounds removed from the environmental sound by performing the signal processing to the first electric signal based on the second electric signal, and a sound emission means for inputting the third electric signal and emitting the sound with the unnecessary sounds removed from the environmental sound into the cabin of the vehicle.
