摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of diagnosis by eliminating personal variations in the image diagnosis which is carried out by a comparison of tomographic images of a subject and a sound person. SOLUTION: A system 1 for supporting the diagnosis by the comparison of tomographic images of a sound person and the subject is provided with a target area data memory part 17 which stores target data in terms of diseases showing target areas previously set per disease in the tomographic images of prescribed sits of a human body, a feature region extraction part 15 which extracts feature regions having features different from those of the sound person from the tomographic image of the subject in comparison with the tomographic image at the same site of the sound person, an expanse calculation part 18 which acquires target data for one disease from the target region data memory part 17 and calculates the first evaluation value indicating the ratio of the feature region extracted as occupied in the target region determined based on the target data acquired and a display device 3 for displaying the first evaluation value.
