A screw type dehydration apparatus having a swing ring drive unit with improved durability and mobility is provided to increase a swing movement transmitted from a shaft rotary power of a shaft transmitted to two driven ring plates, and reinforce the stiffness of the two driven ring plates connected to supporting bars. A screw type dehydration apparatus having a swing ring drive unit with improved durability and mobility comprises: a separation tank(10) having a sludge inflow part(11) and a solid discharge part(12); a solid-liquid separating unit(20) including a plurality of fixed rings(21) arranged on an inner part of the separation tank and spaced apart from one another, and a plurality of swing rings(22) arranged between the fixed rings; a screw(30) axially installed in a state that the screw passes through the fixed rings and the swing rings of the solid-liquid separating unit; a motor(40) for rotating the screw; and a swing ring drive unit(50) including an eccentricity plate(51) fixed to a shaft(31) of the screw, driven ring plates arranged at both sides of the eccentricity plate, a plurality of relay members(53) which connect the two driven ring plates and come in contact with the eccentricity plate to receive a swing motion from the eccentricity plate, and a plurality of supporting bars(54) which pass through the two driven ring plates to connect the two driven ring plates, and support the swing rings of the solid-liquid separating unit. Further, the plurality of relay members contain a connecting bar for connecting the two driven ring plates and a roller. |
