<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording sheet or the like which is easy to maintain, causes no waste of a cartridge and others and moreover facilitates the management of the recording sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The recording sheet 10 contains high-temperature coloring capsules 23, low-temperature coloring capsules 27, and coupler containing capsules 28. In a printer, the high-temperature coloring capsules 23 are made to color by high-temperature heating. The low-temperature coloring capsules 27 do not color on the occasion. Then, the coupler intensional capsules 28 are destructed by applying pressure at normal temperatures. The low-temperature coloring capsules 27 are thereby put in a colorable state.
