PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive and lightweight noise shielding structure of an occupant load sensor for a seat of a vehicle, capable of saving a space and shielding effectively a noise generated in the vehicle. SOLUTION: This occupant load sensor for the seat of the vehicle interposed between a floor-side fixing member and a seat-side fixing member for fixing the seat onto a floor of the vehicle, and for measuring a load of an occupant seated on the seat, is provided with an upper bracket fixed to a reverse face or a front surface of a resilient member and having an attaching part formed to be extended in a sideway of the reverse face or front surface of the resilient member, and an amplifier case juxtaposed with the resilient element in the attaching part of the upper bracket, and for storing an amplifier substrate for amplifying a signal from a strain gage. One face of the amplifier substrate stored in the amplifier case is covered by the attaching part, and the other face thereof is covered by a metal-foil ground pattern.
