PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save of labor and cost for maintenance. SOLUTION: This vacuum sower 1 equipped with a sowing roll 20 and an agitation roll 22 supported as freely rotatable so that each of their shafts becomes horizontal and also in parallel to each other is constituted by sucking seeds (A) existing at a groove like space 29 formed in an upper directional side between the sowing roll 20 and agitation roll 22, having an almost V-shaped cross section and extending in the length direction of the shafts, to sucking holes 21 installed at the circumferential surface of the sowing roll 20 and also conveying the seeds for sowing by rotatively driving the sowing roll 20. It is also constituted so as to install a gap S through which the seeds (A) can not pass, between a position where the sucking holes 21 are installed on the circumferential surface of the sowing roll 20 and a position capable of facing the sucking holes 21 on the circumferential surface of the agitation roll 22.
