A vegetable natural pest controlling composition is provided to be harmless to human and stock by selectively acting on harmful insects and pathogens doing harm on a plant and being decomposed naturally by the passage of time and control the harmful insects with resistance against chemical pesticide efficiently and economically. A method for preparing a vegetable natural pest controlling composition comprises the steps of: (a) preparing an extract of Melia azadirachta; (b) leaving poroligenous liquor extracted from waste wood or material lumber using a carbonizer for 6 months to 1 year to prepare the poroligenous liquor; (c) preparing an extract of Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium; and (d) mixing the extract of Melia azadirachta, the poroligenous liquor and the extract of Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium in a volumetric ratio of 1:1:1 to 9:1:1, wherein the extract of Melia azadirachta is prepared by: (a-1) after putting 100g of crushed nucleus of Melia azadirachta fruits in a circular flask and putting 150ml of methanol therein, leaving it at room temperature for 3 days; (a-2) after putting the flask on a heating mantle and heating it at a temperature of 75 deg.C, recovering the evaporated methanol using a cooling device; (a-3) repeating the steps(a-1) and (a-2) at least three times to extract the Melia azadirachta enough; (a-4) after filtering the extract using a filter paper, removing the methanol therefrom using an evaporator to prepare dried Melia azadirachta powder; and (a-5) after dissolving 10g of the powder in 25ml of ethanol, adding 75ml of Tween80 and 400ml of water thereto to prepare the Melia azadirachta extract, and the extract of Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium is prepared by: (c-1) after putting 100g of crushed flower bud of nucleus of Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium in a circular flask and putting 150ml of methanol therein, leaving it at room temperature for 3 days; (c-2) after putting the flask on a heating mantle and heating it at a temperature of 75 deg.C, recovering the evaporated methanol using a cooling device; (c-3) repeating the steps(c-1) and (c-2) at least three times to extract the Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium enough; (c-4) after filtering the extract using a filter paper, removing the methanol therefrom using an evaporator to prepare dried Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium powder; and (c-5) after dissolving 10g of the powder in 25ml of ethanol, adding 75ml of Tween80 and 400ml of water thereto to prepare the Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract. |
