<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a tablet soluble in buccal cavity having appropriate disintegrating property and solubility and appropriate strength not to disintegrate during manufacturing and storage. <P>SOLUTION: This tablet is prepared by tableting under a pressure of about 3-160 Kg/cm<SP>2</SP>a mixture containing medicinal components such as a vitamin, a digestive medicine, and an antipyretic demulcent antiphlogistic agent, at least one water-soluble saccharide selected from the group consisting of xylitol and erythritol, and water to wet the surface of the saccharide, and drying. The quantity of the medicinal component is about 0.05-90 wt.% of the mixture, that of the saccharide is about 10-90 wt.% of the mixture, and the water is contained about 0.3-10 wt.% of the mixture. The tablet soluble in buccal cavity having a porous structure with a porosity of 20-80% can be obtained by the above method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
