PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an object for which a user is concerned, and to capture an image, where the object receives attention. SOLUTION: An image data signal, which includes the image data of an entire visual field image outputted from an imaging apparatus 1 having an electronic zoom function, is inputted to a specified object detection section 2. The specified object detection section 2 extracts image data from the inputted image data signal to detect a human body in the entire visual field image. A control section 3 creates imaging conditions for a zoom-up image with the human body detected by the specified object detection section 2 as an object to be zoomed electronically and performs changeover to imaging conditions for the entire visual field image in time-sharing for outputting to the imaging apparatus 1 as a control signal.
