PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there are various methods in relation to a facial beauty cares but they are based on the caring of the skin in order to strictly expect the maintenance of the present condition of the skin or the temporary restoration of the skin and the substantial improvement of the skin is not achieved. SOLUTION: The blood flow of subcataneous blood capillaries becomes good and the metabolism of the skin becomes active by immersing a face in hot water with high carbonate concentration, of which the carbon dioxide gas is 500 ppm or above at 30°C or above, preferably for 5 min or above. By performing this face bathing method every day, the subcataneous blood capillaries are developed toward the skin to bring about the permanent improvement of the skin. A container having a goggle-like shape not closing a mouth or a nose or a container having a mask-like shape for spreading hot water with the high carbonate concentration to the whole of the face capable of performing nosal respiration is mounted on the face so that the face bathing by hot water with the high carbonate concentration is easily performed even by a person whose face can not immersed in water and hot water with the high carbonate concentration is injected in the container to hold the direct contact state of the skin of the face with hot water with the high carbonate concentration for 5 min or above.
