<p>A method for automatic frequency correction of a mobile terminal includes a step of configuring an initial frequency offset for the mobile terminal. The method includes the following steps, when the mobile terminal accesses a cell for the first time, it synchronizes the slots at intervals of predetermined frequency offset in the predetermined frequency offset scanning range, and obtains the SIR of the primary synchronization signals of the frequency offset; after scanning the whole predetermined frequency offset scanning range, the mobile terminal selects the frequency offset corresponding to the maximum SIR of all the SIRs, and makes it as the initial frequency offset; and configuring the initial frequency offset of the mobile terminal to make sure that the frequency offset is controlled in the predetermined frequency offset for the initial access. The present invention also provides a system for automatic frequency correction of a mobile terminal.</p> |
