PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified device that enables anybody to easily perform pasting work when a JIS2-type card, the other same-size IC card or the like is personally manufactured, as it is extremely difficult to accurately paste a label to a card, resulting in the distortion of the label or the generation of air bubbles between the card and the label. SOLUTION: The device comprises: a frame that enables the accurate positioning of a card and a label; a device body placed in the front direction of the frame that has two rollers between which the card and the label are pressed to be stuck to each other to be sent out forward; and guide rollers that guide the card and the label in a direction in which the card and the label are pressed for being stuck while comfortably peeling off a release sheet on the reverse surface of the label. The device is constituted so that as an operation of turning a handle attached to the rollers of the device body is performed, the label is accurately pressed on the card without generating the air bubbles.
