PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a relay box when a tire bursts. SOLUTION: This relay box protective structure for protecting the relay box from a tread face peeled when the tire 2 bursts is provided with a fender 3, the relay box 6, a relay box cover 7 and a movement regulation member 10. The fender 3 is fixed to a frame 1 in a vehicle body side. The relay box 6 is arranged upwardly and rearwardly from a lower end 3a of the fender 3 and is fixed to the vehicle body side. The relay box cover 7 is arranged upwardly and rearwardly from the lower end 3a of the fender 3, has a lower face part 8 covering the lower face of the relay box 6 and is fixed to the vehicle body side. The movement regulation member 10 is fixed to the frame 1 in the rear of a rear end 7a of the relay box cover 7 and regulates the movement of the relay box cover 7 to the vehicle body front side.
