PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope washing and sterilization system that automatically recovers or drains the remaining liquid left within the water supply ducts therein in a short time without any separate treatment, and automatically sterilizes the interior of these ducts in a short time. SOLUTION: The system is characterized in that the mainframe 2 incorporates a feed water filter 17, a water feed duct 9 provided through an electromagnetic feed water valve 15, a liquid medicine duct 64, a circulation duct 20 provided through an electromagnetic channel valve 28, a channel duct 21, a sterilization duct 160 passing through the primary sides of channel duct 21 and water feed duct 9, a first drain port 55 provided at a washing/sterilization tank 4, a liquid medicine recovery duct 61, a drain duct 59 that passes through an external drain port and a first drain port 55, a switch valve 57, and a control part 70 provided with feed water duct sterilization programs and making the control of opening, closing or switching valves and driving pumps in accordance with a water feed duct sterilization program.
