A door trim structure for an automobile is provided to prevent injury to passengers in a lateral collision of a door by installing a second arm for supporting a full handle easily. A door trim structure for an automobile comprises a vertical part(1), first arms(2), and a second arm(3). The vertical part is vertically formed on the upper end of a lower trim(52) from a door trim to support the inside of an armrest. The first arms are horizontally formed from the vertical part to support the inside of the armrest assembled to the lower trim, and have thickness increasing toward the vertical part from the first arms to prevent damage to a connection with the vertical part when a load is applied. The second arm is horizontally installed at an end of the vertical part to support the bottom of a full handle. The first arms and the second arm are vertically placed to allow the arms to curve easily in the collision of passengers with the armrest.
