An air conditioner is provided to easily dispose foreign materials in a dust box by allowing the dust box to be connected or disconnected with respect to a cyclone and move in/out of a body of the air conditioner. An air conditioner comprises a body having an air conditioning part, a filter(203) provided in the body, a filter cleaner kit(701), a kit suction force generator(705), a cyclone(706) and a dust box(708). The filter cleaner kit is disposed in opposition to the filter to suck foreign materials of the filter. The kit suction force generator provides suction force with the filter cleaner kit. The cyclone is installed on a connection line between the kit suction force generator and the filter cleaner kit. The dust box moves in/out of the body such that the dust box is connected or disconnected with respect to the cyclone.
