A steering mechanism for a four-wheeled bicycle is provided to readily steer a running direction of the bicycle and to simplify structure of the bicycle for reducing manufacturing cost. A steering mechanism for a four-wheeled bicycle includes a front body, a rear body, and a connection frame(300). The front body and the rear body include pairs of left and right wheels(50,50'), respectively. The connection frame connects the front body and the rear body. The front body includes a front support frame(100), a crankshaft, a drive shaft(30), a driven sprocket, a pair of wheels, and a driver's seat. The rear body includes a rear support frame(200), a pair of wheels, and a pair of steering handles(250). The connection frame extends from a front center part of the rear support frame.
