PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position notification system capable of improving position precision. SOLUTION: This radio communication terminal is provided with a base station capturing means for capturing a base station being a communication candidate, and a first control means for transmitting the base station information of a successfully captured base station to a track information managing device when the number of the successfully captured base stations is one. The track information managing device is provided with an approximate position determining means for determining a center point of an area obtained by excluding overlapping areas on communication areas of other base stations from the communication area of the successfully captured base station as an approximate position of the radio communication terminal on the basis of the base station information, and a second control means for transmitting the approximate position and the track information of a GPS satellite corresponding to the approximate position to the radio communication terminal.
