PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory control system, a memory controller, and a memory control method, having improved reliability by continuing mirroring operation when failure has occurred in a memory module of mirroring configuration without installing a preliminary memory module. SOLUTION: The memory controller 200 is provided with: a means for degenerating a memory area of failure when the failure has occurred in a memory module (#0) 41; and a means for reconstructing a memory module (#2) 51 paired with the memory module (#0) 41 of failure as a mirroring pair for a first memory device 40 and a second memory device 50.
