The beverages comprise biologically produced twenty amino acids, which are important for the person in accompaniment of ferments, coferments and messenger material and form on the basis of water, juice, milk, yoghurt, tea, beer and other drinks. The biological fermentive hydrolysis of protein takes place with and without bacterial directly in milk (animal and/or plant origin) and if necessary fat is separated and the hydrolysate is mixed to the beverage. The fermentation takes place in a mixture of milk, whey and/or fruit juice and subsequently the mixture is degreased or none-degreased. The beverages comprise biologically produced twenty amino acids, which are important for the person in accompaniment of ferments, coferments and messenger material and form on the basis of water, juice, milk, yoghurt, tea, beer and other drinks.
