摘要 <p>The invention provides an aluminum alloy plate excellent in high-temperature formability and a process for the production thereof. An aluminum alloy plate made of an aluminum alloy which contains Mn: 0.8 to 2.5% by mass with the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities, characterized by having a solid-soluted Mn content of 1.0% by mass or below and a solid-soluted Mn/precipitated Mn content ratio of 2.0 or below; and a process for the production of the aluminum alloy plate, characterized by comprising melting the aluminum alloy, casting the molten alloy at a cooling rate of 0.1°C/s or above to form an ingot, subjecting the ingot to homogenizing heat treatment, hot rolling, and cold rolling to form a cold-rolled plate, and subjecting the cold-rolled plate to annealing at a temperature rise rate of 50°C/min or above, an annealing temperature of 400 to 600°C and a cooling rate of 50°C/min or above.</p>
