PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope measuring apparatus capable of accurately setting a spectroscopic measuring area of a test object such as a color filter or the like, and accurately grasping spectroscopic information of the test object. SOLUTION: The microscope measuring apparatus carries out a spectroscopic measuring of reflected light from a minute spot imaged on the test object B. A measuring area indicating light source 50 for bringing light to enter a light path of the reflected light is configured to provide an image of a measuring area indicating spot S on the test object B. A control means 38 is provided with: an image capturing means 31 which projects illumination light or transmission light on the test object B and captures an image I of the measuring area indicating spot S; and an image processing means 30 which detects a relative position of the measuring area indicating spot S with respect to the test substance B based on the image I of the image capturing means 31 and moves the measuring area indicating spot S so as to provide its image on a prescribed position of the test object B by using a moving means 11.
