TIRE VULCANIZER AND TIRE VULCANIZING METHOD

A tire vulcanizer and tire vulcanizing method capable of controlling the pressure and temperature of a heating and pressurizing medium supplied into the inner space of a raw tire without conditions of the pressure and temperature affected to each other. The tire vulcanizer has a medium path connected to the inner space of the raw tire and allowing the medium to flow through it, a pressure sensor provided in the medium path and used to measure the pressure of the medium, a pressure control valve for controlling, based on a signal from the pressure sensor, the pressure of the medium flowing in the medium path, a temperature sensor provided in the medium path and measuring the temperature of the medium flowing in the medium path, and a heating section for controlling, based on a signal from the temperature sensor, the temperature of the medium flowing in the medium path. The pressure control valve and heating section control the pressure and temperature of the medium supplied to the inner space of the raw tire from the medium path.
