A system for processing mobile payment for a medical institution is provided to make a VM(Virtual Machine), which includes a medical service reservation menu, a medical payment processing menu, and a prescription processing menu, dedicated for the medical institution and install the VM to a customer mobile terminal, thereby increasing invitation of medical institution customers and the number of mobile banking users. A program provider provides a customized mobile payment program including a customized service function requested from a medical institution and a mobile payment function for a patient payment to a customer mobile terminal. A customized service processor(1135) provides a customized service requested from the medical institution by linking with the customized mobile payment program installed in the customer mobile terminal. A payment processor(1120) provides a mobile payment service for an amount paid from the customer by linking with the customized mobile payment program installed in the customer mobile terminal. A salary-based medical payment processor pays a salary-based insurance amount among medical expenses of the customer with a salary-based medical insurance. |
