<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scissors-type high-frequency treatment tool for an endoscope that is easy to give the skin burn spots as marking along the profile of scheduled incision range prior to the treatment of incision, etc. on a living tissue. <P>SOLUTION: In a scissors-type high-frequency treatment tool used for an endoscope, a pair of scissors 6A, 6B that open or close forward on their rear end by operating the base of the sheaths 1, 2 are placed on top of the leading end of sheaths 1, 2 that are inserted into or removed from the guide tube of this treatment tool for an endoscope.
