STILBENE DERIVATIVE, AND LIGHT EMITTING ELEMENT, LIGHT EMITTING APPARATUS AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT EACH EMPLOYING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel stilbene derivative, a novel stilbene derivative capable of emitting short wavelength light, a light emitting element of high light emission efficiency, a light emitting element capable of emitting short wavelength light, a light emitting apparatus and electronic equipment that consume less electricity achieved by employing therein the above light emitting elements, and a light emitting apparatus and electronic equipment having excellent color reproducibility. SOLUTION: The novel stilbene derivative is represented by general formula (G1). The stilbene derivative represented by general formula (G1) has high light emission efficiency and therefore a light emitting element of high light emission efficiency is prepared by employing therein the above stilbene derivative.
