An object of the present invention is to provide a new coagulated particle composition that can be recovered as a coagulated particle composition having an extremely low fine particle content, an extremely low coarse particle content, and satisfactory powder properties such as blocking resistance and powder flowability, without deteriorating the original quality of the polymer itself, for example, the effect of improving impact resistance. A coagulated particle composition includes a graft polymer (A) containing at least one flexible polymer phase and at least one rigid polymer phase, wherein the outermost part includes the rigid polymer phase; a water-soluble polymer compound (B) having a physical gel-forming property; and a gelling agent (C) therefor, wherein the content of the water-soluble polymer compound (B) having the physical gel-forming property is 0.01 to 3.0 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the graft polymer (A) and the ratio of the rigid polymer phase serving as the outermost part in the graft polymer (A) is 0.5 to 10 percent by weight.
