An acrylic impact modifier composition, a method for preparing an acrylic impact modifier by using the composition, and a poly(vinyl chloride) resin composition containing the acrylic impact modifier composition are provided to improve impact resistance and weather resistance. An acrylic impact modifier composition comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of a multilayered acrylic rubber component comprising 10-30 parts by weight of an acrylic seed, 40-75 parts by weight of an acrylic rubber core component generated by graft polymerizing an alkyl acrylate monomer to the acrylic seed, and 15-30 parts by weight of a shell component generated by graft polymerizing an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer to the core component; and (B) 0.5-7 parts by weight of a colloidal inorganic material having a particle size of 1-10 micrometers.
