PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic film which is excellent in transparency, electric characteristics, adhesion, etc., and develops antistatic performance even when the amount of the film to used is eminently smaller than that of a conventional electric conduction material. SOLUTION: The antistatic film has an antistatic layer on a substrate. The antistatic film is obtained by the application of a dispersion containing carbon nanotubes (A), a dispersant (B), and an organic solvent (C), and does not substantially contain a binder resin.
