<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a system, in which information related to health of an object person such as a care taker or patient can be rapidly and accurately shared between care givers or between medical employees while reducing the volume of data. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic medical chart creation device and method, a plurality of form image files is preliminarily retained in a database, an electronic medical chart creator is made to select a form image file which most accurately express the object person's condition from the database, and the selected file is stored in an electronic medical chart of the object person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
