PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board which can be prevented from cracking, and to provide electronic equipment including the printed wiring board. SOLUTION: The printed wiring board 1A is formed of a core 10C consisting of a slanting fold core layer 100C formed of a slanting fold prepreg 10A and a core layer 101C formed of a prepreg 10B, and metal foil, i.e., a copper foil 10d, formed on both sides of the core 10C. Since the core 10C is formed by superimposing the slanting fold core layer 100C and the core layer 101C, cracking due to bending in each direction is hard to occur and cracking can be prevented from spreading.
