PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the process of manufacturing an orthodontic mouthpiece in which the correction of a row of teeth is accelerated by applying the vibration generated by an exciting actuator to the row of teeth of a user with the mouthpiece mounted. SOLUTION: In the same conventional manufacturing method of a mouthpiece, modeling is performed in a dental office in the step S1; gypsum is cast in the model in a dental mechanic place in the step S2 to form a tooth model 1 and the tooth model is set to a manufacturing apparatus to be covered with an EVA sheet in the step S3 to form an inside piece 7A by heating/suction. Thereafter, the exciting actuator 8 is attached during the hot state of the inside piece 7A in the step S4 and the model is covered with the heated EVA sheet in the same way as the step S3 to be integrated with an outside piece 7B under suction in the step S5. Accordingly, the molding required even in the manufacture of the outside piece 7B heretofore is made unnecessary to reduce the process. Further, airtightness is enhanced and cleanliness is achieved.
