METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A NONWOVEN

A method and a device for producing a non-woven are provided to manufacture thick and volumed non-woven having regular and uniform structure by producing non-woven with continuous filament. A filament(1) is formed in order for at least a part of the filament to represent natural crimping. The filament is deposited in a deposit region(7) of a transfer apparatus to form the deposited filament(8). The deposited filament is transferred to the direction of a junction apparatus(9) using the transfer apparatus. A gas stream(G) is generated on surface of the deposited filament along the transfer direction of the deposited filament. The filament having natural crimping is desirably equal to the bi-component filament or multi-component filament in a row. The crimping of the filament is occurred after continuous unthreading process and before filament depositing process.
