A motor with an exchangeable stator is provided to save manpower and a time required for repairing the motor by simply removing only a necessary part without wholly removing the motor. A motor with an exchangeable stator includes a housing(10), a stator(20), a rotor(30), and covers(40,50). The stator is fixed and installed in the housing. The rotor is rotatably installed in the stator. The covers have bearings(42,52) axially supporting the rotor. The covers are coupled to a front part and a rear part of the housing. The housing includes a semi-cylindrical lower housing(10a) and an upper housing(10b) coupled to the lower housing. Circular projections(12) for restricting forward and rearward movement of the stator are formed in the upper and lower housings.
