A transfer machine for automatic spraying is provided to prevent a space between a main body and a rail from getting wider by mounting permanent magnets between the main body and the rail. A transfer machine for automatic spraying comprises: a rail(3) which has a round cross-section and is horizontally installed at a fixed height along the ceiling of a greenhouse facility by a connecting device; a main body(4) of which the upper end part is formed with a joining part(4a) and the lower end part is placed below the rail; two rotary rollers(6) which are installed 20~30cm apart each other at the same height inward from the joining part and come into contact with the upper side of the rail; chain sprockets which are attached to each shaft of the two rotary rollers and connected by a chain belt; a bevel gear(5b) which is attached to the other side end of the shaft of one rotary roller; a bevel gear(9b) which is attached an output shaft(9a) of a decelerator(9) of a driving motor(8); a sprinkler(10) which is mounted to the main body; a supply hose(11) which is connected to the sprinkler; an electric wire(12) which is laid parallel to the supply hose and supplies power to the driving motor; a movable roller(13) which has a hook(14) for the supply hose and the electric wire to be transferred along the movement of the main body; a permanent magnet supporting device which is inserted into a space between the two rotary rollers, fixed to the main body by a fastening bolt(18), and adjacent to the upper side of the rail in the form of inverted 'V'; and permanent magnets which have the same magnetic force and are attached to both side inclines of the permanent magnet supporting device. The two rotary rollers are rotated by the engagement of the two bevel gears forming a driving device. The permanent magnets apply the same magnetic force to both side upper parts of the rail, thereby preventing a space between the main body and the rail from getting wider. |
