A complex memory chip, a memory card including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arrange a peripheral circuit block, a memory block, a control block, and an interface block in a single chip, reduce the area of the memory card fully, and include compatibility with multiple digital devices. A complex memory chip(100) is formed on one side of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), includes a controlling block(15), a memory block(13) storing data, and a control block adjusting a function, and arranges a peripheral circuit block(11), the memory block, and the control block in a single chip. A wire connects the PCB and the complex memory chip electrically. A touch pad is formed on the opposite side of the complex memory chip and is electrically connected with the complex memory. A molding part supports the complex memory chip on the PCB. The control block is compatible with different digital devices. The memory card is equipped with a plurality of layered complex memory chips. An interface block(17) interfaces the peripheral circuit block, the memory block, and the controlling block. |
