PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play information display device, a play information display method and a storage medium by which a desired file is promptly searched among play information files to be used by specific functions. SOLUTION: In the play information display device, a file name of the play information file is constituted in a form of a file ID + an icon ID + a functional ID (xxx.yyy.zzz) and stored in a preset memory (e.g. a ROM), a user memory (e.g. a RAM) and an external storage medium (e.g. a floppy disk). When a user specifies a prescribed function and makes an instruction to display a list picture of the play information file to be used by the function, the file name having the functional ID corresponding to the function is extracted, the file ID of the extracted file name and an icon to be instructed by the icon ID are assembled together and displayed on a list by every memory. |
