An air injecting system for a flat panel display inspection apparatus is provided to prevent adsorption phenomenon easily and rapidly and improve the productivity of the inspection apparatus. An air injecting system for a flat panel display inspection apparatus includes an air inflow part, a sensing part(22), a controller(23), and an air outflow(24). Air flows into the air inflow part. The sensing part senses a pressure of the air which flows into the air inflow part. The controller controls the pressure of the air according to the measuring result at the sensing part. The air outflow injects the air which is compressed and controlled at the controller to a rear surface of the flat display panel through at least one of holes on a working stage. Thus absorption of the flat display panel on the working state of the flat display inspection apparatus is solved by using the air injecting system. |
