An EL(ElectroLuminescence) sheet for a keypad with a color filter layer and a method for fabricating the same are provided to implement a clear color close to an original color and increase color purity by changing a color tone in a fluorescent substance. An EL sheet for a keypad with a color filter layer includes a transparent conductive film, an EL layer, a color filter layer(23), and protection layers(14). In the transparent conductive film, an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) layer(22) is formed on a base film(21). The EL layer is formed by sequentially stacking a bus bar, a fluorescent layer(11), a dielectric layer(12), and a rear surface electrode layer(13) on the transparent conductive film. The color filter layer is printed on a front surface of the base film of the transparent conductive film. The protection layers are configured to protect the EL layer and the color filter layer. |
