An output system for providing multi-output and a method thereof are provided to remove inconvenience of identically fitting setting of each printer driver to form image data with different printer languages after identically setting a printer function, and output single data identically in a plurality of forms. A receiver(110) receives data to be output. A storing part(120) stores a plurality of different conversion forms. A selector(130) enables a user to select a plurality of conversion forms among the conversion forms stored in the storing part. A converter(140) converts the received data into each conversion form. An output part(150) outputs the converted data to each output tool such as a printer(160a), a facsimile machine(160b), a storage medium(160c), and a digital camera(160d). The selector includes a screen display unit for enabling the user to select the conversion forms and output port information for transmitting the converted data to the output tools. The selector displays the number of conversion forms, the conversion form and output port information to the screen display unit.
