ORAL ADMINISTRATIVE DOSAGE FORM FOR TREATING CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM DISEASE

An orally administrative dosage formulation for treating cardiovascular system disease is provided to inhibit side effects by inhibiting hydrolysis or instable drug reaction caused by interaction between thrombin inhibitor and cholesterol-lowering agent, and maximize therapeutic effects of cardiovascular system disease. An orally administrative dosage formulation for treating cardiovascular system disease comprises (a) a first pellet having a core layer containing thrombin inhibitor and an enteric coating layer, and (b) a second pellet having a core layer containing inert particles, a medium layer containing cholesterol-lowering agent and an external coating layer, wherein the thrombin inhibitor is platelet aggregation inhibitor such as salicylic acid derivative, for example, aspirin. Further, the salicylic acid derivative is one selected from a group consisting of sodium salicylic acid, magnesium salicylic acid, salicylsalicylic acid and aspirin.
