A ventilation device is provided to simultaneously realize noise insulating and ventilating operations by forming airways that have different lengths from each other and are extended from an indoor wall and an outdoor wall, respectively. A ventilation device comprises a body casing(4) having an outdoor wall(4a) and an indoor unit(4b). Airways(9,10) are formed in the body casing such that the airways communicate with an air hole(5) formed in the outdoor wall and an air hole(6) formed in the indoor wall. The airways are divided into first and second airways having different lengths from each other, so that a dephasing phenomenon occurs when noise sound waves passing through the airways, respectively, and joins at a joining point of the airways, thereby removing energy of the noise sound waves.
