An apparatus for compensating color in a back light unit is provided to embody low deviation of decimal unit by supplying a color complementary device to which a multiply method is applied. An apparatus for compensating color in a back light unit includes a duty coefficient module(100), a complementary value calculating module(200), an output module(300), and I2C communication module(400). The duty coefficient module calculates duty value of a color signal to output by using a clock signal of a predetermined frequency. The complementary value calculating module multiplies the duty value which is output from the duty coefficient module and a pre-read ratio, and adds or substrates the multiplied value to the duty value to calculate the complementary value. The output module generates a complementary signal. The I2C communication module communicates the data signal to the output module. |
