<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a stable electrostatic charge image developing toner having very narrow particle size distribution without carrying out classification. SOLUTION: A toner composition is dissolved and dispersed in a solvent. The resultant mixed liquid A and an aqueous medium B are dispersed and suspended. The solvent is removed from the resultant suspension. The aqueous medium B contains an inorganic dispersant coated with a polymer having carboxyl groups, the weight ratio of the aqueous medium B except the dispersant to the mixed liquid A is 0.8-1.8 and rotational peripheral speed in the dispersion is <=15 m/s. The objective toner containing 1-500 ppm residual solvent and having a GSD value of <=1.6 is produced.</p> |
