THERMOPLASTIC COPOLYESTERESTER ELASTOMER RESINS CHARACTERIZED IN GOOD LONG-TERM THERMAL RESISTANCE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A thermoplastic copolyesterester elastomer resin is provided to realize improved heat resistance and uniform physical properties as compared with a conventional copolyetherester thermoplastic polyester elastomer, and to produce various industrial parts having excellent heat resistance, flame resistance and electrical insulation property. A thermoplastic copolyesterester elastomer resin comprises: 45-65 wt% of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid; 20-35 wt% of a lower diol; and 10-45 wt% of a dimeric fatty acid-derived polyester diol. The dimeric fatty acid-derived polyester diol is a compound represented by the following formula 1. In formula 1, n is an integer of 3-5. The aromatic dicarboxylic ac, lower diol and dimeric fatty acid-derived polyester diol are subjected to esterification, followed by polycondensation.
